Commercial Construction

Meyer keeps all of its services in house, including concrete flat work, storm and sewer utility installations, as well as earthwork and landscape construction. With a vast fleet of equipment and knowledgeable personnel we have the infrastructure in place to complete various project in a safe and efficient manner.
Site Evaluation Management
Allow D. S. Meyer to identify specific liabilities within your property. Annual crack fill and sealcoating adds longevity to your asphalt investment. Other maintenance features we offer include; catch basin repair, crack filling, sealcoating, pothole repair and eliminating trip hazards on concrete sidewalks.
Asphalt Milling
Overtime pavements deuterate and need to be repaired. In many situations only the top two inches of existing pavement (asphalt surface course) is defective and the bottom (asphalt base course) is sound and can be left in place. This is when a milling machine becomes necessary because it will only remove the defective asphalt at a predetermined depth. The millings or recycled asphalt product (RAP) is loaded from the milling machine into a truck and hauled to the proper recycling facility where it will be reused in future asphalt.
Asphalt Paving
With 20 years of experience and well over a million tons of asphalt put in place, D. S. Meyer can solve any roadway or parking lot issue. Having state of the art asphalt pavers and compaction equipment with varies classes of size, coupled with experienced personnel, guarantees long-lasting pavement with a smooth finish.

At all times D. S. Meyer has equipment operators, laborers and trailers on standby. Emergencies tend to happen after hours and therefore we keep a wide variety of water and sewer parts and materials in stock.

GPS Grading Control System
GPS Control Systems eliminate most operator errors while substantially cutting down on machine time. Tolerates of a quarter inch can be achieved to final grade with these systems.
